I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation as a chance for us to connect and see if we’re a good fit. This is an opportunity to talk about your past experiences with therapy, ask any questions about the process or services, and get a sense of how we might work together. This consultation is not a therapy session, but a relaxed space to determine if my approach aligns with your needs before scheduling a full session.

55-minute session – $150
One-on-one sessions designed to support personal growth, emotional wellness, and healing. Approaches may include EMDR, CBT, DBT skills, mindfulness techniques, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.

Every relationship hits rough patches, communication breakdowns, trust issues, life transitions, or just feeling more like roommates than partners. Couples therapy offers a supportive space to slow down, reconnect, and build a stronger partnership.
I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a well researched approach that helps couples break out of negative cycles and build more trust, safety, and connection.
